Business Requirement: To integrate SFDC for CPQ processes, SAP will maintain master data (customers, products), while SFDC handles operations like inquiries, quotations, and sales orders. Documents created in SFDC will then be transferred to SAP.
Solution: The CPQ processes in discussion are already configured in SAP system and no additional functional configuration is required. The PI system is already setup with proxy and has working connection with SAP. Required mandatory parameters should be available for data integration between SFDC to SAP.
